Wipes - Seal Label

Packs of moistened disposable towel wipes are popular for cosmetic removal, baby wipes and general household ant-bacterial cleaning. Ease of use is key but equally important is keeping the contents from drying up once the pack has been opened.

The opening seal label performs two functions; firstly to grip the pack wrapper sufficiently enough to break the perforation seal when peeled off for the first time and secondly, to reclose again afterwards and stick down for several times after repeated usage.

For accuracy, labels are usually applied on to the wrap, at high-speed, just before it is formed into the pouch packet shape, with the labeller integrated with the wrapping machinery. This ensures for best accuracy and no wrinkles in the pack.
