Squeeze Tubes - Labelling in Registration

Plastic or aluminium squeeze tubes to be labelled prior to filling. Labels can be printed on clear material so as to give a high-quality “no-label” look. Squeeze tubes are used all industries, primarily for hair, skin and personal care products but also food, pharmaceutical/medical, artists’ oil paints, adhesives and sealants. The ability to change label content quickly during production or revamp an old design has lead to more tubed products being labelled than directly printed.

One or two labels can be applied in register with the flip-top cap opening or a pre-printed eye-mark. The tube must be pre-orientated so that the label is applied correctly. Often an optical camera vision system is used to verify accuracy of label placement.
