Battery Cells

Round battery cells, typical reference sizes AA, AAA, C and D. Labelled in a continuous moving horizontal roller conveyor for a complete wrap-around with overlap.

The label starts life wider than the battery is long but is made from a shrink vinyl material, so that after it has been applied and wrapped around, special heaters then blow onto the two ends, causing the label to shrink up just at these points, to form a sleeve / jacket-look around the product.
