ALS manufacture the most sophisticated and reliable, yet user friendly pressure sensitive T-Series tube labellers on the market today. These are already in use by many leading cosmetic manufacturers who are finding the advantages of labelling tubes instead of over printing numerous.
All ALS tube labellers are custom built to meet the exacting demands of manufacturers and suppliers. They can be integrated in-line matching filling equipment speeds and apply two labels in registration, complete with “corona” treatment. Our machines are installed all over the World, including Europe, USA and Asia.
Labels can be applied in various ways:
- Full-wrap
- Partial-wrap
- With or without product orientation
- Apply 1 or 2 labels in a single pass.
- Options for over-printing variable info
e.g. lot, expiry dates, barcodes
