ALS 350 & 341 Label Applicators



The ALS 341 and ALS 350 labelling heads are reliable, easy to use and accurate, to meet the demands of modern production lines; for high-speeds, zero faults, safety and flexibility.

The ALS 341 and the ALS 350 are controlled by integral electronics giving optimum labelling tolerances, high speed and rapid acceleration to suit the application of a wide range of label sizes, especially very small labels.

The ALS 341 is exceptionally easy to set up with only speed, label photocell and start delay needing to be set before operation.

The ALS 350 is equipped with Automatic Product Speed Following (APSF) which continuously adapts the speed of dispensing to match changes in the line or product speed.  It also features web-break detection and memory to store multiple product/label combinations which can be recalled easily and quickly.  The extra processing capabilities of the ALS 350 allow two machines to be used in tandem when continuous operation is required.  They have the ability to automatically switch over when labels run out, enabling the label roll to be replenished while the other machine takes over = zero downtime!

Both the ALS 341 and the ALS 350 may be readily customised to meet any specific requirements, no matter how specialised. Both types are available as either right or left hand versions to fit easily into any production line.
