PALLET LABELLING
The PLU 4138 from ALS represents a new generation of pallet labelling systems and has been designed as a high performance universal machine.
The complete unit comprises the industrial thermal transfer printer and apply label dispenser, the tri-axial applicator system and the guarding housing, complete with safety switches.
Our PLU 4138 Pallet Labellers are designed to print and apply A5 format EAN Pallet labels onto two adjacent faces of a pallet (normally front and side, although the PLU 4138 can also label on three sides if required) including Serial Shipping Container Codes (SSCC) in accordance with the GS1 (EAN) 128 standard.

The printer / applicator system has been designed to apply both labels with only one stop of the pallet. The labeller is based on a tri-axial movement design allowing quick and accurate positioning of each label. Furthermore, pallet loads of slightly differing dimensions can be labelled without the need for further adjustment.
