ALS T2-350 Squeeze Tube Labeller

ALS T2-350 tube labellling machine operates as a stand-alone labeller or as part of a filling process. It can be easily integrated with new or existing filling machines. The process of machine as explained in the video is listed below: 1 - Tubes loaded 2 - Tube 'corona' treated 3 - 1st label applied 4 - Label checked by camera 5 - Spare (future requirements) 6 - 2nd label applied 7 - Barcode check & rejection output 8 - Output to filler The tube labeller can be used for plastic, laminate & aluminium tubes of different sizes. The ALS T2-350 tube labeller is very flexible. You can use it with or multiple labels which can be full or partial wrap. No wrinkels or air bubbles will appear over time. It has an optionnal corona unit. It's a high voltage treatment to ensure optimum label adhesion. The tube labeller has a self monitoring syste to ensure efficient throughput and comes with various inspection options. If you have any probems with the machine you can quickly change parts without having to use na tools and get it running in 15 minutes. The ALS T2-350 has a two year warranty.
